Welcome to my website. I'm Carol Price Spurling, a freelance writer. My favorite topics are food and agriculture; European culture; folk and domestic arts; and sustainability.

I write for newspapers, magazines, journals, newsletters, and websites, and sometimes I work on special publishing and publicity projects for individuals and non-profit organizations. My column, Kids in the Kitchen, is syndicated, and available for publication throughout the U.S.
